About This Project
This traditional Federation semi was recreated as a two – storey family home containing four bedrooms with built in wardrobes and two bathrooms. The ground floor living spaces flow to a level back garden, with a sandstone entertaining terrace, automated Vergola shading and gas barbeque bayonet.
The ground floor renovation features wide oak floorboards.. The expansive open plan kitchen, dining, living area is framed by bifold doors. The kitchen contains marble benchtops and a breakfast bar with high end appliances. The ground floor also contains a bathroom and two bedrooms.
The first floor addition consists of a luxurious master bedroom and bathroom; an additional bedroom and a large attic storage space.
There is ducted underfloor gas heating in on the ground floor level and the two bathrooms.
This semi renovation and first floor addition maximised its northern orientation to maximise light and warmth and energy efficiency.
