About This Project

This is the fourth video of our New Bondi Road Duplex, which is now a few weeks away from completion. The carpeting has been laid, stair treads sealed and the painters ongoing. David will also looks at a typical detail for external balconies, using timber slats and drainage underneath for rain water collection in our rainwater tanks. Each house has a rainwater tank at the back and front used for grey water to be more environmentally friendly.
