Domus Homes had been appointed to project manage the detail architectural design, consultants and construction delivery of a luxury new house in Cammeray.
This North facing, five bedroom and three bathroom luxury home over three levels is designed by the Domus Homes selected architect in a modern, contemporary style with a solid brick rendered base and a lightweight metal top.
Luxury interior design finishes will complement this curved and seamless house with large, end to end sliding doors and decks facing North for environmentally friendly inside/outside living all year round.
Additional environmental factors have been included such as cross flow ventilation, underfloor heating, double glazing doors and windows, rainwater collection tanks, maximised insulation throughout and roof overhangs for shade in Summer whilst allowing for sunshine ingress throughout Winter.
