Domus Homes’ designed a stunning, ultra modern, flat roof house with a mixture of timber panelled and rendered wall elements and protruding windows eyelids with external blinds. A north facing highlight window on the skillion roof section, spans the full length of the passageway whilst a void at the end of the passage looks over the double volume open plan living area downstairs. A large bifold door opens onto an extensive covered inside/outside patio which feeds onto the pool. The clients plan to build their house in the next few years.
