Domus Homes has been appointed to design and project manage the construction delivery of a beachfront penthouse apartment on Bondi Beach for repeat clients.
Domus Homes designed and project managed the client’s house renovation and first floor addition in Queens Park which they sold in order to downsize to their newly acquired Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach beachfront apartment.
Domus Homes’ repeat clients want to renovate their kitchen, open up the living space, increase the roof overhang to create more shade in the living area, install a new en suite bathroom, replace the flooring and install large, open sliding doors to maximise their beautiful beach view whilst reducing direct sunlight to create more shade in the living area.
Interior design services will also be provided by Domus Homes. Domus Homes will manage the sketch plans, DA submission, tender, contract administration, construction certificate and occupation certificate.
Being a Class 2 building requires that all consultants and builders are registered for this kind of work.
