This Domus Homes’ custom designed first floor addition and renovation to create an ultra modern semi in Randwick, Sydney is being prepared for finishes to start soon such as external doors and windows, painting, tiling and flooring.

This most original semi house first floor addition and extension in Randwick, Sydney will comprise a large double volume area over the main living area with oversized windows, sliding and bifold doors. The floor will comprise large fibre cement panels epoxy finished, giving the feel of a concrete floor. The steel and glass staircase with and adjacent towering bookcase will rise up from the living area to the first floor addition level. The grey and white colour palette theme will run throughout this semi house first floor addition.

External timber wall cladding and internal gyprocking has now been completed.
