About This Project
Domus Homes has recently completed an apartment renovation in Chatswood, Sydney. This is an investment property for rental and the client required good quality but economical renovations in order to maximise rental return without over capitalising.
The existing apartment was in poor, close to original condition and required a full renovation. Renovation works included stripping and waterproofing the kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely renovated. The apartment was repainted. New tiling was installed in all the wet areas and new carpet was laid throughout.
Finishes selections were made based on neutral colours with durable, economical and good-quality finishes throughout.
