Luxury Apartment Renovation in Neutral Bay, Lower North Shore, Sydney (North Sydney Council)
This luxury apartment renovation project in Neutral Bay, Lower North Shore, Sydney (North Sydney Council) comprised the complete custom design and renovation of this dual terrace apartment block’s central public area.
The stairs were unsafe and the landscaping was overgrown. This apartment block deserved a renovation to match the large, luxury apartments in it. The steeply sloped site with obsolete services created many challenges for this project, necessitating a complete structural design and landscape installation design produced by our landscape architect.
Beautiful finishes were used, such as limestone tiles and oak timber and cast iron handrails. Special lighting was also used to great effect by our specialised lighting designer for this luxury apartment renovation in Neutral Bay,
