About This Project
Only the front room was retained for this sleek, north facing contemporary semi renovation and first floor addition.
A new garage was constructed at ground floor level the open plan kitchen, dining, living area opens onto an undercover terrace. Large bifold doors frame an entertainment deck and admit light.
A grand stairwell featuring skylights and large windows for light and warmth leads to the first floor level consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite includes an ensuite bathroom and a sunny balcony.
This semi renovation, extension and first floor addition maximised the views and north outlook for energy efficiency.
