About This Project

Today”s video looks at a freshly set concrete slab and staircase at the front, the cantilevered timber deck at the back, concrete slab waterproofing at the bottom floor, and large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors on each level.

David explains the logic behind some of the design options for this modern semi renovation and addition in Randwick, Sydney.
