05 May Transport Orientated Development Design – Project Management Services
The NSW Government has announced the first stage of its Transport Orientated Development planning reforms to stimulate much needed additional housing in NSW around well located metro and rail stations; with floor space ratios (FSR) of 2.5:1 and up to 6 storeys in selected zones. Minimum lot width is 21.0 m with no minimum lot size.
The Apartment Design Guide (ADG) will still apply as will Development Applications and Council Approval requirements.
