Design work is underway for a renovation and first floor addition to a house in the heritage conservation area of Balmain, Inner West, Sydney.
The existing two bedrooms at the ground floor are to be retained. Renovations and additions to the ground floor include an open plan living/dining and kitchen area plus an attached formal dining room, new bedroom, new study/rumpus room and new laundry. The upstairs addition includes a new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk in robe and study nook.
